  • Located in Al Andalus District, Jeddah KSA. This building is consisting of 3-basements, 1-mezzanine and 18-floors and 2-penthouses. It was originally designed as an office building but later on the owner decided to convert it to a hotel which is known as ASCOTT Tahlia Jeddah.​

• Bin Mahfooz Villa

  • With a total land area of 10,886 square meters, this Luxury Private Residence is composed of a 3-storey Main Villa, two other 3-Storey Villas with separate swimming pools, a dedicated Pool House and a Diwaniyah.​

• SANG Boundary Wall

  • ​Saudi Arabian National Guard Housing Compound boundary wall project is composed of a 2.90 meters high Precast Concrete that has a total perimeter length of 5.57-kilometer-long which is located in Bani Malik, Jeddah KSA. A portion on the eastern part measuring the length of 73-linearmeters is made of an 800-millimeter-thick retaining wall.

• SAMCO Plant-B

  • Saudi Air-conditioning Manufacturing Co.
    Plant-B which is owned by E.A. Juffali and Brothers. Located in Industrial City 3, out the city of Jeddah KSA. With a total land area of 102,550 square meters, this plant is consisting of an Admin Building, a 43,520 square meter Main Factory and several Support Service Facilities. This factory serves as an assembly line for Carrier Corporation’s air-conditioning system.
